SOP repository in ADAPT is a
power-house of multi-media information. Instead of training a
person with thousands of words, Multi-Media SOPs can truly
redefine the quality of training. The on-line help is so
powerful that every aspect of SOP / QC procedure is available to
the user on demand, including (but not limited to) sound, video,
screen-cam files etc.
The ADAPT environment keeps track
of the skill inventory, i.e., details of personnel who have been
trained in specific SOP / QC procedures and who have the
required skills to perform them. The system also mandates that
there is adequate training before a SOP is put into use. These
Multimedia SOP / QC procedures bring out the functionality of
the SOP / QC procedure in such a manner that is a unique
learning experience.
