Founder of ThinkGen, Mr.Subramaniam has more than two decades of consulting experience in USA, Europe and Japan. As an entrepreneur Mr.Subramaniam has been associated with entities that have been listed with both BSE and NYSE. Mr.Subramaniam's current focus in the Integrated space of Pharma, Biotech and Healthcare drives the Company. He is also a seed investor in numerous upcoming enterprises. Mr.Subramaniam is the member of the Board of The USA India Foundation.
R.VAIDYANATHAN, DIRECTOR
Former Banker from Sate Bank of India, Mr.Viadyanathan has more that four decades of experience in almost all facets of Banking from Rural to Industrial to Corporate to Training. He was among the few chosen members of the senior management team to implement the Credit Risk Management at SBI Bangalore Regional Office. Mr.Vaidyanathan reviews the financial plans of ThinkGen as a Board Member.

Former Congressman from New York first district, Congressman Hochbrueckner has three decades of experience in Aerospace Industry and subsequently in Congress. Congressman Hockbrueckner's network in the Corporate world has been invaluable to the Company. He is also an investor in the Company.
ASHOK PATEL, DIRECTOR
Founder Chairman of Invamed Inc., which was acquired by the Generic drug division of Novartis, Ashok brings with him at least three decades rich experience in Pharmaceutical, healthcare and hospitality industry. Ashok plays a key role in evolving strategic consulting initiatives and is one of the key contributors of the ThinkGen's ANDA Factory model.
HIMANSHU SHUKLA, DIRECTOR
Mr.Shukla is an investment Banker and has more than two decades of experience in Investment Banking and Corporate Finance. Mr.Shukla has direct experience in acquisitions, Global listings and strategic financial planning. Chairman of The USA India foundation, Mr.Shukla has led and organized numerous US congressional missions to India.
V.CHANDRASHEKAR, DIRECTOR and CVO
Mr.Chandrashekar, has fifteen plus years experience in IT Industry. He has exposure in diverse industry verticals and lately in a leading Pharmaceutical Company based in New Jersey, US. Since then Mr.Chandrashekar has been the key architect of ADAPT and the Chief Vision Officer and technical architect of the Global Bio-Informatics Hub.

Dr.Singh, former professor in IIT, Dr.Singh has more than three decades of experience in Corporate Research. Formerly Chief of R&D of Rickett & Colman and subsequently Director R&D in numerous Pharmaceutical Companies Dr.Singh has provided key insights to the Research processes, QA/QC systems and GMP requirements.
