While it is important to evolve Global processes, information currently percolating into regional Healthcare system have origin in the advanced Healthcare systems. Non availability of such localized information in the global research processes is another serious bottleneck in normalization of information. Unless such localized reference data set is available, population specific Adverse Event research is also a "non-starter".
